April 2026: Exciting Updates to your SmartChange Dashboard!

We've made some exciting updates to your SmartChange dashboard, and we want to make sure you know what's new.

Here's a quick rundown:

New Homepage — Everything is still in one place for campaigns, organizations, candidates, and your personal donation account. Your active campaigns are easy to spot right from the home screen.

Cleaner Navigation — All those dropdown menus you used to dig through are gone. Each section now has a clean sub-navigation bar at the top so you can move through your dashboard faster and easier than before.

Refunds & Subscription Management — Under Transactions, you now have the ability to issue refunds and cancel subscriptions directly from your dashboard — no extra steps, no back and forth.

Fundraiser & Event Management — Each fundraiser and event still has its own dashboard. Configuration and settings (custom inputs, pre-selected amounts, design, bundlers, automatic emails) are now easier to find and manage.

Reports & Payouts — Reports now live under Campaign → Reports. Pull compliance, subscription, spare change, donor, ticket, and payout reports all from one spot. Payouts have their own dedicated tab under Campaign as well, where you can manage your schedule, view payout history, and download transaction-level CSVs.
