# Ask the Agent

The Agent is the assistant built into your workspace. Ask it questions about your organization in plain language. It can also start a form, build a report, or draft an email for you.

### Open the Agent

Click **Agent** in the top bar. It has a sparkle icon. The panel opens beside the page you're on.

Type in the **Ask your agent...** box. You can also attach a file or use your voice.

### What it knows

- **The page you're viewing.** The panel shows it at the top, for example "Viewing Payments".
- **Your data.** Ask anything about your contributors, transactions, forms, or marketing links.

### Start something

- **Create a new form.** Build a fundraiser, event, or membership right in the panel.
- **Find contributors to win back.** See who gave before and stopped.
- **Create a report.** Builds a real CSV you can download and adjust.

### Questions to try

Each page suggests a few questions. For example:

- Summarize recent donations
- What was our biggest donation?
- How does this month compare to last month?
- Anything unusual here?

### It asks before it changes anything

When the Agent wants to change something, it asks you first. Nothing changes until you confirm. Every change it makes is recorded in **Settings → Audit log**.

The Agent can draft an email, but sending email from the Agent is off. Send it yourself.

Never give the Agent integration credentials. Enter API keys and tokens on **More → Developer → Integrations**.

### Weekly Agent digest

Owners can get a weekly digest from the Agent. It covers lapsed contributors and open compliance flags, with the reasoning attached so you can act on it. Turn it on or off in **Settings → General → Digests**, under **Weekly Agent digest**. Digests go to every organization owner. The same section has the **Weekly performance summary** and **Monthly performance summary**.
