Canceling a Recurring Contribution

Recurring donors are incredibly important, and when they need to cancel their contribution, it's for a good reason. Cancelling a donation should be easy, private, and fast. Here's how to do it on SmartChange.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to your dashboard.

3. Scroll down to the section that says "manage recurring donations."

4. You'll see your active recurring donation (s). Click the one you need to cancel, click "cancel" and then confirm. It's that easy!
