Set amounts and giving options

Each form has its own giving options, amounts, and follow-up settings. Open the form and click the Settings tab to change them.

Basics


Change the Form name, the Public link (click Change), and the Goal.


Giving options


Turn on One-time, Recurring, Spare change, or any mix. At least one stays on.


Recurring options


Choose which intervals to offer: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually. If you offer one, it labels the recurring tab on the form. If you offer more than one, contributors choose. Offering weekly removes spare change from the form.


Own amount


Turn on Let people enter their own amount to show an open amount field next to your suggested amounts. When it's off, the suggested amounts are the only choices.


Advanced settings


  1. On the Settings tab, click Advanced settings.
  2. Set any of these:
    • Minimum amount ($) and Maximum amount ($) for a single contribution.
    • Visibility: Public, Hidden, or Hidden Plus. Anyone with the link can always open the form.
    • Allow on other organizations' slates: on by default. Turn it off to keep the form off other organizations' slates. Your own slates are not affected.
    • Meta pixel: enter your pixel ID. It sends PageView on the form and Purchase on the confirmation. If you also use the Meta Conversions API integration, the two are deduplicated.
    • Source code: your own code for this form. It prints in the Source Code column of the payments report.
  4. Click Save changes.

Thank You email


Turn on Thank You email to write a custom email. Contributors get it after they give, in addition to their automatic receipt.


Additional questions


Click Add question to ask contributors an extra question on this form. Your organization's questions are kept in Settings → Contributor questions. See Ask contributors extra questions.


Designations


Click Manage designations to set designations for the form.


Legal text and limits


Your registration line, contribution rules, and your Privacy Policy show under every form screen and on every receipt. Set them in Settings → Compliance → Donation form & receipts.
