Create a Fundraiser/Event


Time to create your first Fundraiser! Fundraisers are the core marketing tools SmartChange provides, and they are SUPER flexible.

You can create a general form, an event, a merchandise form, and more. The sky is the limit with our flexibility!

Here's what you'll do:

  1. Log in to your account, and click on the appropriate campaign.
  2. Within the campaign dashboard, click "Manage"
  3. If you're launching a general form, click "Fundraiser"
  4. If you're launching an event, and want to collect RSVPs and define ticket amounts, click "Event"
  5. In the top right corner, click "Add Fundraiser" or "Add Event" depending on what you are creating
  6. Fill out required information
  7. Hit Publish
  8. Copy the URL/Marketing Link, and send it out!

Hot Tip: Your fundraiser cover photo should be sized at 1920 x 1005, or the same size as a Facebook Event Cover. These images are "responsive," so they will shrink or get larger depending on the size of the viewer's screen. Once you've published a form, please check to make sure you are happy with its appearance. If not, you can adjust the design, swap the graphic, and save your changes. Easy peasy!
