What is a Bundler? Peer Fundraising on SmartChange

A bundler is a peer fundraiser. It's a contributor who shares your form with their own link. Every contribution that comes in through their link is credited to them.

What bundlers do

  • Share your form with their own link by text, email, or social media.
  • Bring in contributions that are credited to them.

What bundlers don't do

Bundlers aren't members of your organization. They don't sign in to your workspace, and they can't see your payouts or change your forms or settings. To give someone workspace access, invite them in Settings → Members.

See a form's bundlers

  1. Click Forms and open the form.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to Bundlers. Each contributor who shared with their own link appears with what they raised.

See bundlers across your forms

  1. Click Reporting, then Bundler performance.
  2. Set the date range.
  3. Use the All forms filter to pick one form or keep all of them.
  4. Click Generate.
  5. Click Export report to download it, or Schedule to get it on a regular basis.

The export has one row per bundler page, ranked by money raised. Its columns are Bundler, Owner, Status, Visits, Gifts, Contributors referred, and Raised. Contributions and money count within the date range you set.

Bundlers turn your most active supporters into fundraisers without giving them access to your dashboard.
