Reporting

• Reports

  Reports are available on your dashboard. Login, go to your dashboard, select the campaign you want to pull reporting for. Once you're in the correct campaign, click "Generate Report" (located in the upper right area) Select a Start Date Select a Finish Date (both must be filled!) • What does "Private/Anonymous" mean on the donation form?

  We're always looking for ways to deepen engagement between donors and their beneficiaries, and what better way than to leave a note of encouragement? We give these donors the ability to stay private on the web while still providing campaigns with all of the necessary information for reporting purposes. "Anonymous" on the donation form means that the donor's name won't show publicly on the beneficiary's page. • Fraud Prevention: Gift Cards, Pre-paid cards, CVC/CVV, and more

  SmartChange employs stringent anti-fraud measures to protect our fundraisers and our donors. That's why we require CVC verification, it's why we prohibit gift cards and pre-paid cards, and it's why we monitor the site for any activity that appears suspicious or out of the ordinary.
