What's new in SmartChange 2.0
SmartChange 2.0 is live. Here is what changed and where to read more. Each section names the article that covers it.

Organizations
Your account is now organized by organization. Everything you see belongs to the organization shown in the switcher at the top left. See Create organization and start fundraising.
A new workspace
A sidebar replaces the old menus: Dashboard, Transactions, and Contributors, then Forms and Store, then Finance, Reporting, and Marketing. Developer is under More. Settings open from the gear in the top bar. See Getting around the workspace.
Forms
Fundraisers, events, and memberships are all forms. When you create one, choose Fundraiser, Event, or Membership. The type can't be changed later. A new form goes live as soon as you create it. See Create a form.
Amounts and giving options
Each form's Settings tab sets one-time, recurring, and spare change giving, recurring intervals, and limits. See Set amounts and giving options.
Design
The form designer has layouts, themes, fonts, and colors, with desktop and mobile previews. See Design your form.
Events and memberships
Events have ticket types, capacity, and a Wallet pass for each guest. Memberships have named tiers billed monthly or yearly. See Set up an event and Set up memberships.
Recurring contributions and refunds
You can pause, resume, or cancel a recurring contribution. Failed recurring payments show under Finance → Lapsed subscriptions, where you can retry the card on file. Refunds can be full or partial. See Manage recurring contributions and Refund a contribution.
Slates
A slate splits one contribution across several fundraisers. Find it under Forms → Slates.
Store
Sell items from a store, with a shared inventory, orders, and shipping profiles. See Sell merchandise with a store.
Reports
All reports live under Reporting. Each one can be generated for a date range, filtered by form, scheduled, and exported. See Run, export, and schedule reports.
Plans
There are three plans: Standard, Growth, and Professional. Each has its own fee, payout frequency, and team size. See Pricing Plans.
The Agent
Click Agent in the top bar to ask about your data, start a form, or build a report. It asks before changing anything. See Ask the Agent.
Integrations
Connect 11 tools from More → Developer → Integrations. See Integrations.
Team roles and security
There are three roles: Organization owner, Organization manager, and Viewer. Owners can require two-factor authentication for everyone, and the audit log keeps a record of changes for seven years. See Understanding Team Roles and Permissions and See who changed what: the audit log.
