Integrations: what connects to SmartChange

SmartChange can send your data to 11 other tools. Connect them from More → Developer → Integrations. Every integration is outbound: data goes from SmartChange to the other tool, not back.

The integrations

Each card shows a category and direction, such as CRM · Outbound, and a status such as Not connected.

• Action Network (CRM · Outbound, OSDI API key): creates a fundraising page for each form and records each contribution with the person who gave. See Connecting Action Network.
• ActiveCampaign (Email · Outbound, account URL and API key): syncs contributors to a list.
• Campaign Deputy (Compliance · Outbound, API token): records every settled contribution with the contributor's contact details, employer, and occupation.
• DonorPerfect (CRM · Outbound): posts each contribution to the matching donor, found by email and then by name, or creates a new donor. Includes GL and solicitation codes. See Connecting DonorPerfect.
• Google Analytics 4 (Analytics · Outbound): sends a server-side purchase event for each settled contribution.
• HubSpot (CRM · Outbound, private app token): creates or updates contacts, matched by email.
• Mailchimp (API key and audience ID): syncs contributors to your audience whenever you choose.
• Meta Conversions API: sends a server-side Purchase event with hashed contributor details. It is deduplicated with the Meta pixel you can add in a form's Advanced settings.
• NationBuilder (an OAuth app you register in your nation with our callback URL): records a donation for each contribution, with a tracking code for each form. See Connecting NationBuilder.
• Slack (incoming webhook): posts contributions, refunds, and disputes to a channel.
• Switchboard: adds each contributor's phone and email as a tagged contact. You can limit it to certain forms.

Checking on your integrations

The top of the page shows how many integrations are Connected out of 11, Records synced in the last 30 days, and how many Need attention. Use the All, Needs attention, and Healthy filters or the search box to find one.

If an integration stops syncing, it moves to Needs attention. Nothing is lost. Records queue and go through once you reconnect it.

Keep credentials on the Integrations page

Enter API keys, tokens, and other credentials on the Integrations page only. Never enter them through the Agent.

Looking for Zapier?
